Cancellation and Refund *****
✅ Step 1: Notify Us Within 14 Days
Contact our customer support via email within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Clearly state your intention to cancel the purchase.
- Include the order number, product description, and reason for cancellation.
✅ Step 2: Request a Return Authorization Number
Wait for our confirmation email with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
Note: The return authorization is valid for 45 days only from the date of issue.
✅ Step 3: Repackage the Item Properly
- Carefully repackage the item in original packaging if possible.
- Ensure the product is unused and in resaleable condition.
- Improper packaging or signs of use may result in denial of the refund.
✅ Step 4: Ship the Item with Tracking
- Return the item using a shipping method that provides a valid tracking number.
- You must email us the tracking number once shipped.
- Returns without a tracking number may be refused.
💸 Refund & Shipping Costs
- Customer pays all shipping and handling costs.
- Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed only after the item is received and inspected.
- If approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method, minus return shipping costs.
❌ Refund May Be Denied If:
- The item is returned after 45 days of authorization.
- No valid tracking number is provided.
- The product is used, damaged, or not resalable.
- The return was not authorized in advance.
