Cancellation and Refund *****

Step 1: Notify Us Within 14 Days

Contact our customer support via email within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • Clearly state your intention to cancel the purchase.
  • Include the order number, product description, and reason for cancellation.

Step 2: Request a Return Authorization Number

Wait for our confirmation email with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.

Note: The return authorization is valid for 45 days only from the date of issue.

Step 3: Repackage the Item Properly

  • Carefully repackage the item in original packaging if possible.
  • Ensure the product is unused and in resaleable condition.
  • Improper packaging or signs of use may result in denial of the refund.

Step 4: Ship the Item with Tracking

  • Return the item using a shipping method that provides a valid tracking number.
  • You must email us the tracking number once shipped.
  • Returns without a tracking number may be refused.

💸 Refund & Shipping Costs

  • Customer pays all shipping and handling costs.
  • Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed only after the item is received and inspected.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method, minus return shipping costs.

Refund May Be Denied If:

  • The item is returned after 45 days of authorization.
  • No valid tracking number is provided.
  • The product is used, damaged, or not resalable.
  • The return was not authorized in advance.
