- We ship items Monday to Thursday (excluding holidays), after payment confirmation.
- You will be notified by email when your item ships, including a tracking number and a photo.
- Our store is not responsible for additional taxation, and we do not reduce product prices for any reason.
- If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us.
- Economical shipping: 14 to 30 days.

***** How to Register a Transaction Cancellation and Refund *****
Contact our customer support via email within 14 days of receiving your item.
Clearly state your intention to cancel the purchase and include:
• Order number
• Product description
• Reason for cancellation
Wait for our confirmation email containing your Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Note: The authorization is valid for 40 days only.
Return the item unused and in resalable condition, preferably in its original packaging. Improper packaging or signs of use may result in refund denial.
Return the item using a shipping method that provides a valid tracking number. You must email us the tracking number once shipped.
Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable. Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method, minus return shipping costs.
❌ Refund May Be Denied If:
- The item is returned after 45 days of authorization.
- No valid tracking number is provided.
- The product is used, damaged, or not resalable.
- The return was not authorized in advance.
